Another victory for conservatives! :woo hoo:

Here is the jist of it: "Earlier today, however, Clear The Bench Colorado won a stunning victory when Administrative Law Judge Robert Spencer not only dismissed the frivolous, groundless, and vexatious “complaint” by self-proclaimed watchdog (actually, attack dog) “Colorado Ethics Watch” (CEW, pronounced “sue” - it’s what they do) - which we have been predicting for weeks - but also ordered CEW to pay ‘tens of thousands’ in attorney’s fees to Clear The Bench Colorado because the complaint was so completely without merit."

congrats!

here's to clearing the bench.

and while we are at it vote no on stephen a groome, judge in the 11th judicial district (park county). he has a civil background and no criminal background to speak of. his idiot decisions will end up costing us a lot of money every time an appeal goes up and he is overruled.

bumper sticker - honk if you will pay my mortgage

"A wise and frugal government, which shall leave men free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned - this is the sum of good government." Thomas Jefferson

Now, back to business, let's clear the Colorado Supreme Court bench of liberal judges who ignore the Colorado Constitution.

It's very important to vote against the Colorado Supreme Court liberal judges - they have been a rubber stamp for Ritter and the Liberal congress. It's a shame when unconstitutional tax increases are upheld - like the mill levy freeze that has cost homeowners in Colorado millions.

It's also a disgrace when these judges overrule a vote of the people - as if the peoples will does not matter! It's time to show them what the will of the people really means - Your FIRED!
