I guess if you can live with the taking of another's life in a situation that is less than defending your own life or those that you love then more power to you.
It is sad that the ACTUAL text of the law reads that way.
Personally......I just don't think I could pull that trigger under anything less than a life threatening situation.

Yep....Martin.....you would definitely spend a good deal of time and money on the CO court system.
No court would accept a civil suit brought against you if there was no criminal case filed. The law as written extends immunity from any civil as well as any criminal liability.
