:bash When the Rules of Engagement include directives not to engage the enemy during specific hours of the day because it "might disturb non-combatants" it's time to pack up and go home. What can possibly be expected of our troops under these conditions other than to surrender full control of Afghanistan to the Taliban from dusk to dawn?! OUTRAGEOUS!
