Based on recent local polls, more people support the legal possesion of MJ in Colorado than support the return of Obama for four more years.

It'll be interesting which way that goes. It'll also be interesting what will happen at the federal level if it passes.

I suspect we may have a whole lot of new government employment in the area - the DEA. :pop

I would think the DEA is going to handle it in a triage manner, like how they handle the medical MJ dispensaries, go after the most objectionable clinics first and then move down the list.

Not a stoner, never been one, but I'll be voting in favor of the amendment to set the stage for a fight with the federal government on States' Rights. One small victory over the federal government to take back sovereign authority that has been usurped might be enough to start a stampede of similar efforts in other areas where the federal government has usurped State sovereignty over the course of the last century.
