A new federal investigation into Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr.'s finances alleges the Illinois congressman misused campaign funds to redecorate the inside of his Washington, D.C. home.

Cain is being used as a straw man. He has never held elected office. Jackson is a sitting congressman. Cain could have robbed Fort Knox and it would have no bearing on this thread.
