One other theory? Less lead exposure, due to unleaded gasoline and paint. Higher IQ's people are less likely to commit stupid crimes for little or no gain.
Troubling ne stat, crime is up by 18% last year. Bright side? Both 2010 and 2011 are some of the lowest crime years ever, even with the boost.
Hate Speech Versus Free Speech? This is going to be a huge issue, with Islamic people saying any speech which offends them counts as hate speech. Plus the whole bullying debate. Going to jail for caliing someone a loser?
