2 teens arrested in 12 yr old's abduction, murder

Two teenage brothers have been charged with the murder of 12-year-old Autumn Pasquale.

Autumn went missing on Saturday after telling her parents she was headed over to a friend’s house. Police say two boys lured her to a garage and then strangled her.

15 and 17 year olds turned in by their mother. So now we have to pay to incarcerate them for the rest of their natural lives, if they are convicted. It's a tricky situation, given their age. I'm not sure I'd support the death penalty for a 15 year old.

Looks like Jessica's killer was also a minor. Some people's kids.
