What's the downside to Obama calling Trumps bluff? nobody seems to be able to answer, just deflect.

There is something inherently sleazy about Trump's so called challenge to Obama. The downside? It would be like giving in to blackmail.....show is your transcripts or charities will suffer.

Why would charities suffer if he doesn't do it? He would be seen as a hero and Trump would have to crawl under a rock and hide for a while. There's no black mail, just a proposition.

Sounds more like blackmail to me, if you listen to Trump.

Blackmail is when you threaten to do something that would hurt someone else if they don't meet your demands. Blackmail would be if Trump had the transcripts and applications in his hand and threatened to release them unless obama met some sort of demand. Assuming there is nothing to hide in the records, how could Obama get hurt if Trump actually had them?

All you have is your speculation, let's look at the facts of four years under Obama.
Women have lost income and wealth.
African-Americans have lost wealth, and jobs. Unemployment is worse under Obama for minorities. And more blacks have slipped under the poverty line.
Hispanics? More people deported under Barack than "W".
Asians? The labor visas have been cut.
Seniors? The war on savers is continuing to destroy income for the elderly.
LBGT? The Obama posistion only changed this year and he has only talked about homosexual marriage, and par for the course, BHO has done nothing but talk.

Face it, Obama's record is in tatters and you think he can do better, but with the changing polls, America doesn't believe you.
