Oh goodie, I wonder if they're going to find another scientist guilty of manslaughter after this earthquake death? :bash

Their economy will kill many more so if anyone needs to be prosecuted, this time it should be their government.

I was wondering when you would chime in about those manslaughter charges... that sounded so much like something The Onion would come up with, I still can't believe it. Morons.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

You should get out of The Courthouse more Heisenberg. tongue:

As we've been acutely reminded with the Lower North Fork Fire, the government isn't held accountable for anything, even when it's employees are directly responsible for death and destruction.

No, they wanted scapegoats for their anger because they didn't use their own common sense choosing to remain in an area that had been suffering several smaller quakes and knew they were taking a risk staying. The scientists screwed up by not using lawyer-speak, remaining vague and unhelpful, and covering their asses. Next, we'll start suing cardiologists because they didn't tell us we were definitely going to have that heart attack even though we lived on Krispy Kremes and McDonalds. etc etc etc.

Ridiculous.

$3 million was awarded to a Georgia man's family for the negligence of a cardiologist prior to the man's extramarital threesome, which ended in his death.

My heart is doing well, but I do wonder how well it would hold up in a threesome tongue:

:faint: If I was that cardiologist, I would've counter-sued the family for the husband committing misdemeanor adultery. He engaged in an illegal act that brought about his own demise, knew he was at risk because he'd been ordered for additional tests, and suffered the consequences of his own actions.

My god, where are we going?

But we want to be more like Europeans (at least some of us do).
