You would think with your years of experience you would realize the GOP never really rolls back any entitlements. Every Republican administration increases the number of people receiving entitlements. Now 34% of Americans are receiving benefits.

Probably not Tower.....when you care deeply about your country, and you see everything you have worked for all your life, women's rights, equality, assistance for seniors, affordable healthcare for everyone, college made more available, well you have a couple of choices. You can suit back, hope for the best, and ignore the nay sayers....or you can keep fighting for what you believe in, keep talking about what is important, keep pointing out the flaws in the arguments from the other side. Will it change minds? Probably not, but doing nothing, opting out of the discourse, ignoring the real threat to this country....it's just not in my DNA to do that. If you find it so bothersome, don't read all the political stuff.

Then I take it you would prefer more entitlements even though we cannot afford what we have already?

That wasn't just pointed at you, but at every person here who uses the same tired points over and over. Please go out and read something and get some new material.

:Koolaid: drinker.
Let's refute one of your points:
1) College tuition costs has increased exponentially under Obama because of increased access to low cost loans, so student debt is rising at record rates while college graduates are unable to find jobs.
There are unintended consequences to making education loans easier to get.
