Over Their Possession of Guns

A Philly.com report tells us that "National Guard plays key role in N.J. relief efforts." The LA Times has reported that "More than 10,000 National Guard troops in 13 states have been mobilized to assist in the response to Hurricane Sandy, including more than 2,200 who are assisting with recovery efforts in New York." Guard troops are also in New York City to some degree (Mayor Michael Bloomberg says "We have 13 distribution sites opened, staffed by National Guard members"), including hard-hit Staten Island.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

what the hell does your newsprint got to do with the title. Damn good thing the military has the capabilities it does to assist like they are, still does not have anything to do with what bloomberg did.

Its all over the news papers everywhere, so because they had thier weapons with them he denied the brough mayor thier assistance. Not surprizing of the idiot who thinks he is god and can dictate what is and is not right for an individual.

I quite sure that looters in Brooklyn are unarmed and very polite about "borrowing" and "relocating" other people's stuff. Besides, these kinds of emergency situations bring out the best in people, just look at the aftermath of Katrina and the generosity of retail outlets in New Orleans:

[sarcasm]Heck, post Sandy Brooklyn is probably safer than downtown Evergreen on a Friday afternoon.[/sarcasm]

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
