So far the Republicans are taking it the shorts in the Senate.
They were hoping to pick up at least 4 seats to take over the majority. So far they have lost at least 3 of their existing seats (Warren in Massachusetts, King in Vermont and Donnelly in Indiana) with Dems only losing one seat in Nebraska so far.
"Remember to always be yourself. Unless you can be batman. Then always be batman." Unknown
McMahon (the millionaire Wrestling exec) loses...for the second time... (I guess sometimes it's "NOT for sale"...)
Scott Brown loses to Warren in MA... (Even with the tomahawk-chops, war-whoops and trying to somehow demean her by constantly calling her "Professor")...
Josh Mandel, the nutjob teabagger candidate, loses BIG to Sherrod Brown, after TENS of MILLIONS was poured into it by the SuperPacs
Claire McCaskill trounces the "Legitimate Rape" wacko, Todd Akin....
Joe Donnelly trounces Mr. "Rape is part of God's Plan" wacko, Richard Mourdock....
And that's just the ones we know so far....
And the teabaggers still want to insist that there's no "war on women", and that it didn't/wouldn't have any impact on the voting.....
Got it.... I guess I was right... "Bat-sh*t-crazy" is NOT a platform.
I don't know LJ. There is something about you calling other people "bat shit crazy" that just cracks me up. Really, have you looked in the mirror lately? I mean really? rofllol

Looks like the social conservative Republicans need to watch their tongues.
Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.
Looks to me like they prefer intelligent women who look out for the middle-class against the big-banks, as opposed to some shallow twit who likes to ride around in new trucks and lying about his opponent.
Oh, and did I mention that as of now the Dems have a 55-45 lead in the Senate?
And did I mention that "Reid: We're Pursuing Filibuster Reform" is likely going to shutdown this silliness that EVERY vote in the Senate requires a 60-vote majority is likely to come to a screeching halt?
