Don't forget about Al Qaeda and the Taliban they don't wear uniforms, they are organizations composed of people from multiple nations, and they are motivated by a combination of ideology and religion.
I have to wonder how Barry and his second administration will react to a dirty bomb in an urban center or an assualt on public transportation systems within the USA.

Well, we KNOW how Mitt-Flop would have reacted...He would have convened a focus-group, and put out a premature statement based on it...And when it turned out it was premature and incorrect, he'd have an Etch-a-Sketch moment, flip-flop, and put out a 180-degree different statement. (Shouldn't take more than an hour or two....)
