In answer to your question Mary.....

If mr West cannot identify and prove election malfeasance.....and the law states that he does not have a case for a recount.....In my opinion, he should concede.
The canvassing board did order a recount Friday of all early votes and preliminary votes show west losing ground to Mruphy. I would hope that if the trend continues...West will graciously concede tomorrow

According to KOA, West is expected to concede today.

Wonder if he will run again in 2014? Maybe a different district.
