Alan West - Will not concede his seat to winner

With 100% of the votes counted, the results are:

Murphy 160328 50.4%
West 157872 49.6%

Murphy declared winner with an .8% advantage, within the law to be declared winner and no recount

A recount of votes is triggered on a very close election in Florida. When the election returns indicate that an election or a ballot measure is decided by one-half percent or less of the votes Florida authorities must conduct a recount of votes.


Not only is West not peacefully handing over his seat to the winner, he is demanding they IMPOUND all the ballots becuase SOMETHING must be WRONG! Judge said "uh, no"
West is planning to go to Washington for orientation as if he won.

HE IS A NUT JOB to the VERY END

Having him forcibly removed will be kinda fun to watch.

I read something this morning that is questioning why there are more voters than humanely possible in this district but haven't verified it yet.

I understand that after the recount Allen West in now the winner. He was right to not concede. Good for him for standing up for what is right.
