Per this week's Westword: Denver is looking at enforcing the Colorado laws against riding your bicycle drunk. Think riding a bike drunk should carry the same penalties as driving a car drunk like Oregon law?
I have participated in organized pub rides and where there was too much drinking involved but it did seem less dangerous than driving cars. And I have also seen a vehicle in Denver where you pedal with about 10 others from bar to bar drinking.
If you are super drunk, you probably can't even ride a bke.
