Guaranteed health care in Iraq

You'd better sit down, folks.

Article 31 of the Iraqi Constitution, drafted by your right-wing Bushies in 2005 and ratified by the Iraqi people, includes state-guaranteed (single payer) healthcare for life for every Iraqi citizen.

Why would Americans write the constitution of another nation?

Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.

Perhaps they just feel about their people the way we feel about insurance companies and want to support them in their endeavors.

It is easier for them to get Universal Care, they don't have an ACA to get rid of first. We have a long battle to get such care, American people are not going to give up on the new give away to the insurance companies and paying double for health care.

In regards to the picture, NO, both are socialism. Actually, the first one shouldn't even be happening, and it surprises me that the Repubs are doing that in the first place (tounge in cheek). The second speaks for itself. Blah blah blah, take care of me, blah blah.

Off topic: I've said elsewhere what groups I'd take care of for the rest of their days.

You'd have to ask Douglas MacArthur, or someone in Japan.
