Lower Unemployment Numbers Hurt Those Out Of Work?

Finally the national unemployment numbers have slipped below 8%, below 9% in more states because hundreds of thousands have left the labor force. Downside? If a state drops below 9%, the extended unemployment benefits stop. So millions of the terminally unemployed will see their benefits end a few days after Christmas.

So by playing with the numbers and pretending they look like gains, millions will fall out of the safety net under Obama.

Except the numbers have not been played, the facts are the facts. Only conservatives would wish for higher unemployment in order to increase government spending.

...and when they fall off the rolls and are no longer counted unemployment will drop even further.

You mean when the baby boomers take their long deserved retirement?

If you can't find a job and go on disability, the unemployment rate goes down. So no job was created but the unemployment rate fell, how is that not playing with the numbers?

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

If you are on disability, then you are no longer employable and not seeking employment. Disability and unemployment are two separate issues.

Cook the numbers until they suit Barry's druthers and whitewash the truth with a lie that looks good for now. How many more days until we go over the fiscal cliff, how much longer before the majority of American's awake from their ignorant slumber? Time will tell. In the meanwhile I recommend everyone take a serious look at your investments, buy ammo and guns, read the Good Book, and get ready to defend what is yours while you still can.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
