A federal court has ruled that Illinois has to permit concealed carry. Illinois was the last state that prohibited legal, concealed carry. :like:

Congrats to the judges for re-affirming our 2nd Amendment rights.

I think the best we can hope for is that southern Illinois Sheriffs will issue permits easily and Chicagoland will make it so difficult only the well connected and rich will have them.
