Ring in the New Year with … new laws? While everyone was focused on the fiscal cliff and tax hikes, more than 400 laws went into effect now that it’s 2013. No more hoarding cats if you’re living in Kansas … dogs seem to be okay though! And if you were planning on releasing wild hogs, think again if you live in Kentucky. Check out some of the more ridiculous laws:
