1) Required background checks: Will Concealed Carry Permits be exempt?
2) Hi-cap magazines banned: Will the current ones be grandfathered?
3) Assault rifles banned: Will the current ones be grandfathered?
And how does the President do this? Executive Orders which would be hard for the House to overturn? Or will the NRA cave and have their toadies in the House sign off on this in a bill?

I wonder how they are going to define “assault weapon” ? Must it fire in full auto mode or must it just look scary. I saw something on Feinstein’s proposal that the definition of assault weapon might need to only have to have one characteristic of a military weapon instead of the two in the previous gun ban. So does that mean that a Thompson Center Omega black powder .50 cal muzzle loader qualify, it does have that scary looking synthetic thumb hole stock?
Not addressing all the above issues, but the first one I have to wonder if this won't help the illegal gun sales flourish.

Traffic fatalities have decreased with older driving and drinking ages. Maybe time to move up the age to buy booze and firearms to 25. No skin off my nose I am old.
