Even though I see Powell as a RINO, I like what he had to say.
I agree that the GOP has to make some changes if it is going to be viable and they are. More minorities are moving to the party as they learn what it stands for. It isn't all "bad" right wing just as the Dem party isn't all "bad" left wing. The right wing's message including the teaparty is being heard.

GOOD POST.......I find Powell CREDIBLE and from my pov his integrity is intact......I saw Meet The Press today (I usually attempt to
make time, if I can, because it is a well rounded and informative political show.) David Gregory has made a valiant effort to fill Tim Russerts shoes and is doing a good job.
When Andrea Mitchell has commented to the White House (and on Meet the Press) that there ARE good female candidates that went
untapped,I find it odd that his FIRST term looked SO different. Susan Rice was given a hatchet job (Unwarranted) and it is my personal
belief that O is going to make his SECOND term a "take no prisoners"/screw you approach.
NOT saying it's right, just saying it's looking like he is willing to take the heat and be aggressive in his last 4 years.
