Anyone want to make any predictions about the pre 1994 magazine restrictions surviving a challenge? It wouldn't seem possible, as ex post facto laws are unconstitutional, that the State of New York could make someone a lawbreaker for failing to dispose of their personal property which was previously lawful to purchase and own.
Who's paying any attention to what the Constitution says?! If the States can't get the laws rammed through their own Legislative branch then Barry will simply direct his minions to draft another Executive Order and direct every state in the union and US territories to out law anything King Obama dictates.
I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
