Supreme Court rules the GOP can not intimidate minorities

The Republican party is relentless in their search for whatever edge they can find at the ballot box. They have found a dead-end in a challenge to a lawsuit from 1982, and the Supreme Court swiftly rejected the request for appeal. The order is to stay in place until it expires in 2017.

Does the Supreme Court also include the New Black Panther Party intimidating voters? I know Eric Holder gave them a pass.

Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.

Yeah, we sent a letter to both those guys telling them to knock it off.... :Snooze

Looks to me like the only people that were "intimidated" were the guys from FauxNews, and a couple of right-wingers who were there to try to "Screw-the-Vote", (er, "True the Vote")... The pollwatchers said the two guys were "pretty nice."

Fox Poised To Manufacture Another Bogus New Black Panther Controversy

New Black Panther Was ‘Pleasant To Speak With,’ Says Poll Watcher

"... was “nonthreatening” and “relatively pleasant to speak with,” said a retired military intelligence officer who investigated the man.

But Patton, who had observed Jackson repeatedly on Election Day, occasionally concealed by the bushes across the street, and eventually had a conversation with him, said the idea that the man was intimidating voters was a mischaracterization of what happened.

“The uniformed NBPP member was nonthreatening,” he told HuffPost. “In fact, he was actually relatively pleasant to speak with — willing to participate in some, let’s just say, ‘small talk.’”

Got any other non-existent urban-legend deflections or FauxNews-generated hysteria you want to throw out there?

C'mon, Fred... Next deflection?

Give Fred a few minutes, I'm sure he can come up with some instance where democrats did it too, and worse, with malice aforethought even.

...And maybe some time between 1860 and 1940.... (with no sources, of course...)
