I hit the floor laughing when I see liberals paint themselves into a corner like this. What does Martin Sheen and Ed Asher suggest? That we politely ask the terrorists to reveal their secrets.

I DON'T consider myself a liberal, what I DO consider is security is an illusion and evidence is beginning to show that intell derived
from torture is questionable and "iffy" at best.

When you OPEN this can of worms YOU (collectively) OPEN our soldiers to the SAME treatment.......hey, but, THAT'S ok huh,.....
since the VAST majority of men/women are NOT in the military...... :faint:

Whew... interesting convoluted thinking in my opinion. What's up next? You going to be telling me that WE caused those terrorists to level the World Trade Center and WE put those poor terrorist into the position to perform all of those beheading of captured innocent citizens? For centuries we have had to endure vastly more objectionable practices perpetrated by other armies, terrorists and crazy-ass politicians.

Now I'm going to take a deep breath and try to forget what I just read.

NOTICE I omitted the WTC issue......there is a reason for that. APPARENTLY, you do not do much reading.......Our complicity in
"little-known government and corporate activities that America has been involved in since WWII".......you MIGHT want to pick up the
book "CONFESSIONS OF AN ECONOMIC HIT MAN".......BY John Perkins, which details, extensively, the techniques employed by highly
paid professional "who cheat countries around the globe" Using tools of rigged elections, payoffs, extortion, sex, murder, fraudulent fin
ancial reports" to extract cooperation.

THAT book is non-fiction. For a detailed look at our governments participation in "questionable" practices, both legal and illegal,
ALL of Brad Thors books are FICTION,BUT BASED IN REAL TECHNOLOGY/PRACTICE.......you might want to pick up some reading
material BEFORE you go rabid in this thread....(JMO)

I deal with reality. That's the way it is. And we either keep a handle on it, or we go down. What's up next? Those terrible Crusaders caused all our problems.

"Rabid." Another one of those dog whistles to try to shut down my conversation, yet has nothing to do with my tenor or demeanor. Now.. moving on to calling me... "racists?"

The BOLDED I question, when you employ phrases that are meant to provoke and incite.......INSTEAD of crafting a cohesive and

I can't provoke or incite... you allow yourself to be provoked and incited... and not deal with what I was proposing.
