A British scientist has declared today the most depressing day of 2013, a day he's calling 'Blue Monday'.
Psychologist Cliff Arnall first wrote about 'Blue Monday' in a press release for a British TV travel channel in 2005. Not to mention, it's a Monday.

Worst early Groundhog Day ever, instead of four more weeks of winter, it is four more years of high unemployment, record debt levels, and a guy who would rather give speeches to adoring followers than actually work.
The Obama Jobs council? Hasn't met in months. Luckily it is about to go away
