Not familiar with TD but I would think B of A is too big to care. As a citizen he is entitled to squeal about anything.

A real abuse of power was the alderman(?) who said he would make sure Chik--fil-A(?) was denied building permits. I think that was Chicago or a burb.

I suppose we are going to have to wait and see if the mayor attempts to put any action behind this.
A few issues have cropped up that are somewhat worrisome where B of A is concerned.
