State Department Had No $$$ for Benghazi Security, Did Have $16 Mil for Kindles and $4.5 for Art

I'm not so foolish as to think that diplomatic missions can't be dangerous, but shouldn't the primary focus be on doing what you can to protect your own employees? Do they really need artwork and Kindles more than safety?

Yep, either protect them or don't send them to unsafe areas.
