Colorado & Capital Punishment?

Will the death penalty end in Colorado? Hick hasn't said if he will veto the attempt to take it off the books.

These Dems aren't slacking with thier takeover of the statehouse.
1) New anti-gun laws.
2) Civil unions approved
3) Death penalty oveturned.

What else are they going to get done by May?
