I agree, it's like having a party and celebrating over having had a meeting to discuss what to do but not coming to an agreement on anything. False feel good moment.

Not sure about a dream, but it seems typical that the "solution" for these jack wagons would be to tax more. How much is enough? Apprently not enough by the looks of it.
