I have a lot of issues with American courts and judges but compared to Italians they are models of competence. :thumbsup: Thanks founding fathers for setting up the current system.

I don't think there's a snowball's chance in Hades that Ms Knox will be there in person for her second trial. They likely will still try her even in her absence, but I don't think the Italians think there is even a small chance that the US will extradite her to Italy to serve a sentence if they convict her in her second trial.
