Diana Degette cares about senior citizens

Wow... Degette was really on a roll Tuesday night... not only her asinine and clueless statement about exhausting the stock of ammunition by letting people shoot all their available magazines... but... how about this remark from the same forum...

On Tuesday night The Denver Post editorial board hosts a public forum on gun legislation at the national level. U.S. Reps. Diana DeGette and Ed Perlmutter, State Sen. Kevin Lundberg, and Larimer County Sheriff Justin Smith are among the scheduled panelists. During the question and answer period a concerned Denver citizen asked Democratic Representative DeGette how he was supposed to defend himself under the new Colorado gun laws. DeGette smirked and mocked the senior citizen saying,

“The good news for you, you live in Denver. The Denver PD would be there within minutes. (laughing) You’d probably be dead anyway.” [/b][/i]

If we want to showcase idiot politicians we can talk about morons like Diana DeGette.

Diana go home you are drunk. Time for Dems to primary her after a voting present type career in Congress? The Denver Post in a house editorial this morning is calling into question her qualifications to speak on gun issues.

Heartless, smug, completely clueless, and leading the charge on major legislation. That's our Democrat leadership at its finest.

Maybe the best part was one of her staff members, Juliet Johnson, attempting to cover for her and making another stupid comment. Classic.

Ain't that the truth. All incumbents need to go and term limits put into place and limited bennies in retirement like the rest of us.

Now Obama is getting his gun facts wrong, stating today the the CT. shooter used a fully automatic weapon to shoot up the school.

Uhhhhh, sorry Fred, but it was Michelle that said it and I think it was on The View, and it was weeks ago buddy. Hardly news and not very surprising.

Actually, he did while talking to a group of Democratic sheep/donors yesterday. So he's either clueless or he's a liar.... take your pick.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

Nice, his wife made the mistake once, then he made it twice. Didn't see the latest on the headlines, so my mistake. He's no liar, he's definitely clueless.

Kind of like those Busherisms we fondly pointed out back in the day. Remember "stategery." Dear lord, I still use that for a laugh, and I say it in his "voice" too, hahahahaha.

Correction, it was April 4th and the Weekly Standard is one of the sources.
