No bug was found, sounds like it might have been an inside job. Maybe a supporter was so disgusted with what he /she heard they felt it should be made public.

In Kentucky and most other states, consent from only one party (the individual doing the taping) is required. If the individual who taped the sleaze was present, no one will be going to jail.
