You're getting bent out of shape over nothing.

The market responds quickly to news but also recovers fast if the news is incorrect. Or would you prefer the NYSE work like the options market? If a price rises/falls a certain percentage, (maybe 5%) should trading be suspended?

I like the way the option market does that. But suppose the really bad news is confirmed overnight, only the quickest orders the next day will be taken care of.

Really off topic question. When did composing a sentence become so difficult? What does ... mean? If you are intelligent, phrase your question to your audience, or the audience you prefer.

homeagain, I generally enjoy your posts even when I do not understand them but I it offensively arrogant to demand an answer to a question which satisfies the questioner.

THAT is NOT how I understand it. With cyber-attacks (threats) it would seem to be a VERY good method to cause chaos
on an ALREADY fragile economic platform.......(my understanding, with the caveat that I am NOT a financial guru,nor do
