Liberal Student Activist Threatens HERSELF with Rape

This is a classic Saul Alinsky strategy:

A well-known female liberal blogger and radio host at the University of Wyoming (UW) is being accused by police of fabricating a rape threat against herself to appear as if it came from a conservative.

As long as the ends justify the means...

But what's almost as disturbing is the statement made by the University of Wyoming:

"This episode has sparked an important discussion reaffirming that the UW community has no tolerance for sexual violence or violence of any type," UW spokesman Chad Baldwin said. "The fact that the Facebook post apparently was a fabrication does not change the necessity for continued vigilance in reassuring that we have a campus where everyone feels safe.
"It's important that this event does not undermine the progress that has been made in this area."

Yes, lets ignore the FACT that this troll used a made up and disgusting tactic to fuel hatred towards Republicans... I'm sure she'll still have other haters backing her up.

Lanker-Simons was in the news in 2010 when she was a plaintiff in a successful lawsuit against UW after it retracted its invitation to have Bill Ayers speak on campus.

Low ratings for what? This woman had a FaceBook page... not a online newspaper. And I have to agree with the university... "It's important that this event does not undermine the progress that has been made in this area." Unfortunately it does undermine the progress... it's the same as crying wolf. Here's another one that's basically the same thing. Difference being this woman decided to stage a fake hate crime attack because she is a lesbian with a big chip on her shoulder. A candlelight vigil generated $1800 for her bank account until DNA evidence proved it was staged.

These kind of people are in every group/race/class and are NOT a reflection of that group as a whole. This is what people like LJ should realize before making broad brush acccusations like "teabaggers are racists". Sadly, this is a lesson she will never learn.
