:idea: Some rich women have been hiring handicapped people to avoid lines in the park. If you have a handicapped person in your party of five, you can skip lines, an ADA of sorts.

Smart thinking? Or taking advantage of the system?

Stimulus spending? Paying a disabled person $1000 a day and free rides at Disneyland.
