In the old days the president would hold press conferences to keep America informed. Lately it looks like the press is giving Obama a state of the nation address keeping the POTUS up to date on what his administration did wrong now.

Well it makes sense since Obama is so out of the loop on everything. It's hard to believe he never knows anything until he hears it on the news like the rest of us... but if true, what's his purpose anyway... campaigning?

Makes you wonder what kind of "incident" would have been important enough to keep Obama from continuing his Vegas fundrasier... if a terrorist attack isn't enough, what is? The press got all over Bush for not rushing out of that classroom instantly, but it was just fine for Obama to fly to Vegas to collect election cash. Priorities.

Actually a smart campaign would show photos of Obama with his advisors in the War Room deciding what to do. Show a man of action, instead of a talking head sucking up to fat cats in Sin City.

I don't think his core supporters care much about those visuals or even about his conduct. I think they STILL believe he is the smartest guy in the room, so whatever he does is seen as smart and calculated (even if moronic and irresponsible).
