bb's post just got me to take a look which I do not do often as I am a by guess and by God kind of investor. This is scary, I am not this good.
Out of 23 divi positions 20 are in the green EXCLUDING dividends. Again, x-div they are up between 1.75% (CNSL) to 99.15%(WPC).
If you watch CNBC you know that hunting yield is a popular investor activity. I suspect that one day I will be kicking myself in the ass and saying why didn't you cash out and reinvest after a massive pullback. That is what I have done after every bubble I have partook in the last 30 years.
