Eight months after the attack, Congressional investigators and outside groups are still pressing the State Department to explain how the ARB came to the conclusion that four mid-level officials were the only ones with responsibility for the failures that led up to the attack.

Well I never said I was outraged, just thought I'd bring up one of the only four people (five if you count the video guy) who are supposedly culpable for what happened. As far as the military thing, I'm as outraged as I am with any sexual assaults outside the military. There will always be a small percentage of sexual criminals in our population... and putting some of those same people in the military won't change their sick minds, especially when they are working along side women.
