Worse than Nickelback? Wow, amazing that any of them got re-elected.

Nice deflection...

And before you start bashing "Politico" as a "questionable source", I'll remind you that this is the GOTP's OWN INTERNAL REPORT, done by a GOP polling firm. ..Politico is just reporting the contents of it. You don't like the results of the report, you should send an email to Reince Priebus...

Nope.... Hasn't changed.

I wouldn't call it a deflection so much as an extension. It would be difficult for any republican to try and argue against the fact that the party has a bad reputation right now. It would be equally difficult to argue that the party does not appeal to overhelmingly liberal youth. Since that's the topic, and I'm not arguing it, I'm focusing on what the GOP might do to remedy what you've pointed out.

For the GOP to fix these problems, they need a platform that appeals to more of the voters. I think that's so freakin obvious it barely needs to be stated.

So again, one of the problems in getting that done is that we as a people have a hard time agreeing on where this country needs to go besides the current 'hellinahandbasket' trajectory.

I think the real differences between the left and the right at this moment is deciding on the size of the handbasket.
