This one is for you PF if you are fishing more and catching less.

"For the past 15 years, the Center for America has held a nationwide contest to see who could find the most outrageous, hilarious warning label in America. We have done this for two reasons. First, it's just plain fun to see how many labels there are around the home and office that warn us to exercise common sense -- such as the warning on a fishing lure that says, "Harmful if swallowed." (I didn't even know fish could read.)".............

So you don't have any small children or toddlers in your household. Obviously it was meant as a warning for adults to keep such lures away from access by toddlers and small children. But then such an explanation would not make it as "outrageous".

Most people use a smiley when they're joking. Unless, of course, you are serious.

Fish are dumb. There are at least 20 in Jefferson Lake that may be a bit smarter after I met them face to face today.

Your average newly purchased step ladder has at least 15 different warning labels on it.
Who would have thought a bottle of sleeping pills needs a warning that they may cause drowsiness.
Why does my lighter packaging say "Do not use near fire"?

It's because of "Overlawyering".

Why was this posted in the Courthouse rather than a more suitable forum if it was solely meant for humor?
