In Berlin today Obama is expected to advocate for cutting nuclear weapons stockpiles by one third. Really? With all that is going on in the world Syria etc he thinks this will really solve some problems? Plus he can't even get House Republicans to negotiate and he thinks he will get China and Russia to?
