Legal Marijuana: Unintended Consequences?

One of the reasons I supported legalizing MJ was so police could be cut back. But clearly Denver doesn't think so. They are hiring 25 more police to monitor retail operations! Can't they just move the current drug police instead? :smackshead:

Unintended...on what planet?

The intention of having the govt involved in every step you take it to make employment for those that create nothing but make sure you do what you do correctly, as they know what is correct.

Why on earth would any recent govt process reduce govt employees or what has really ever reduced police? The trend is that we will all be police in 30 years, not that police forces would get smaller.

Pot regulation is a jobs program, the people don't need it, those that want govt jobs need it.

Yes much of those wonderful pot taxes will get eaten up as well.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
