I'll start by noting that Robin Hood took from the government that was taxing the people too heavily to give their money back to them, which is exactly opposite of what this tax proposal actually accomplishes. In this instance Ellison et al are the Sheriff of Nottingham, not the band of Merry Men. One other thing - "Inclusive Prosperity Act". They sure do employ some creative headline writers over on Capital Hill these days, don't they? With so many of them out of work due to the dying newspaper business, I guess I should not be surprised that they found a new outlet for their talents.
But aside from that, what are your thoughts on this tax proposal?
