Bloomberg Tries To Buy/Influence Colorado Recalls.

The NYC mayor has sent hundreds of thousands of dollars to support the recently recalled Colorado legislators. Much outspending the local pro-gun candidates.

Got a source for that along with a comparison of how much money is coming from outside CO to support the recall. Has the NRA sent any funding?

The NRA did put in slightly over 100K. Hopefully they can match the billionaire mayor.

Looks to me like Sen. Morse voted the wishes of the MAJORITY of voters in his district. The 8% of gun wackos that want to do a recall are free to do so...But they are NOT "the majority."

The same poll also asked Colorado voters about specific gun law proposals[/url] and the margin of support was wide for nearly all the measures in question, according to PNA/Chris Keating:

95 percent of voters agree that people with "serious mental health problems" should be prevented from owning a gun.
80 percent of voters agree that judges should be able to order someone who is "convicted of domestic violence or given a restraining order" to surrender their guns to the court.
80 percent of voters agree that all private gun sales should go through a licensed dealer and be subject to a background check.
65 percent of voters agree that guns should be banned on college and university campuses.
61 percent of voters agree that the sale and possession of semi-automatic guns and assault rifles should be banned.
61 percent of voters agree that the sale and possession of high-capacity ammunition clips, which allow some guns to shoot more than 10 bullets before reloading, should be banned.

A couple million in grassroot funds have been spent by the NRA and others because people are willing to pay to recall politicians like Morse who don't represent their districts. (More people voted to recall the Senate leader than voted him into office.)

Well... support, no support... it doesn't matter at this point. This is now. What is now? A recall petition was presented to the voters in the particular districts and those signatures were enough to affect a recall.

And more people voted at the polls for sensible gun control laws than did not...And you lost. I guess NRA money didn't buy what they wanted after all.

You are incorrect again. The Colorado statehouse became Democratic because in a couple key races, Libertarians(pro-gun rights) took votes away from Republicans so Dems gained the seat without getting 51% of the vote. Evie Hudak won in this way.

So more than 50% of the vote supported gun rights, but that pro-gun vote was split.
Watch this change in 2014.
