Frozen rat sperm - in case the rat population ever gets too low, eh? But I can see it having applications for human use. If you can manage it with rat sperm, perhaps you can manage it better with human sperm.

The problem with giving Obama a pass on earmarks, is he specifically campaigned on stopping them, and "changing the way business is done" in Washington. He stated he would go "line by line" through these budgets and stop this practice. Of course it was campaign BS, but the sheeple believed that and other things and elected him.
