I know... it's satire... so it doesn't really mean anything... scroll all the way down to the end of the article at this link for the video...

I'm conflicted; political satire is mostly funny because it's based on the truth.

I don't think it's funny, I think it's tragic that the average American sees humor in a situation of their own making because they are too gullible to anticipate that the promise of "free healthcare" is a lie. Let's see who's still laughing in November 2014 and November 2016.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

"Any man who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the Government take care of him; better take a closer look at the American Indian." - Henry Ford

Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges; When the Republic is at its most corrupt the laws are most numerous. - Publius Cornelius Tacitus

No one promised free healthcare.....only affordable health insurance. I do find it funny that conservatives are tilting at windmills that don't exist. Fighting against their own lies.

I'll concede that Barrycare was never promised to be free but only because I can't find my favorite video clips of Obamabots making that claim. As for "affordable," that word should have a * next to it. I haven't talked to anyone who's healthcare costs have gone down over the last five years and going into 2014 the costs have sky rocketed directly because of Barrycare.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

Interesting, since obamacare starts signup in October for 2014 , what rates have done over the last 5 years is irrelevant. I have talked to people whose rates will go down for 2014, and those whose rates will go up. But for those with pre-existing conditions, the ACA is a blessing. Only time will tell what the final verdict will be, but the GOP doesn't want to give us that chance.

The taxes to pay for ACA started before 2014. Medical device, etc.

No one said Obarrycare would be free... of did they?

Obamacare Website Quietly Deletes Reference to 'Free Health Care'

Even as President Obama and his administration are making a last minute push to encourage enrollment in Obamacare, a quiet change was made on the Healthcare.gov website regarding those who will still not be able to afford coverage after the program kicks in. From at least June 26, 2013 to as recently as September 15, under the topic, "Where can I get free or low-cost care in my community?" the following statement appeared: "If you can't afford any health plan, you can get free or low-cost health and dental care at a nearby community health center."
