To quote an oft used line from another poster: "Imagine MY surprise . . ."

285 Bound wrote: Sheriff Wegener was invited to participate and answer your questions (the same email was sent to all candidates). Sheriff Wegener declined to participate but thanked us for the invitation. No reason was given. I thought it was important to let everyone following the race to know that this site did not exclude the Sheriff from participating it was his choice. He turned us down twice.

Several other Candidates also never replied to the one on one videos - sad but true - I thought it was a great opportunity to have a last say and address new questions from you the citizens of this County - after all I would be providing a service to you and I believe that it was important to answer your questions! And be here and available for Park County!

I also want to thank Tammy Davis, Michael Graves and Lillian Wissell for embracing a bold new way to communicate with the public.
It has been an adventure getting to know all of the candidates a little better. A special thank you to the owners of 285bound for your vision and courage to just let people say what they feel. I am in awe of the new things that are put on the table by you guys every day.
It is an honor to volunteer my time with you guys on the video program.
A very special thanks to two individuals who sit behind the scenes and make the magic happen. You know who you are and you mean the world to me.
