SNAFU - kick the can down the street while the situation gets worse while pretending that ignoring the problems will somehow resolve them. On the other hand this tactic may have some unexpected consequences, given the American public's notoriously short memory, having a looming Gubment slim down every two or three months might get a few of the zombies to wake up in October 2014. Even better, it ought to make all of the politicians look like the smacked asses that they are. I can only hope that having a dirty diaper rubbed in the public's face over and over will get enough people to realize this mess is what they voted for.
