Another Deer in the Headlights

Marilyn Tavenner, acting director for CMS, is getting asked a simple question as I type. "Do you know how many people have enrolled in the exchanges"? Her answer over and over is "we'lll have that information available in mid November". She was willing to say there are 700k who have filled out applications but won't say how many are eligible for medicade or how many have actually enrolled. They have this information, but she refuses to give it out... WHY IS THIS A SECRET???

I'm paying attention to ALL these fools... I doubt very seriously we'll get any good information from Sebelius either. Getting the big picture of this mess requires hearing from everybody in this inept group.

Sunday's 60 minutes program is RE-visiting that fubar and LINDSAY GRAHAM is going to make

Now Charlie Rangel is going off on Republicans (pass the blame game) and made one of the dumbest statements I've heard yet "It's a threat to our national security, because as prone as some of you are to entering into conflict with other countries, you need healthy young people to fight these wars". The looks on the Repblicans faces are priceless as they all squirm around trying to hold in their laughter.

They are there to ask questions about the failures of the ACA and Rangel is still trying to sell the public on law (ignoring all failures). How does this guy keep getting elected?

Rangel? Why don't the Dems primary out their idiots? Even the ones that break laws.

But honestly, I'm listening to this and it's not an investigation of anything. Ninety percent of the committee members are making speeches. And occasionally when a real question manages to sneak into the proceedings, Marilyn Tavenner has no answer and gives a dismissive chuckle.

A complete waste of time.
